Roann has facilitated anti-oppression learning for global companies since 2019. A senior facilitator with Fearless Futures, a London-based DEI solutions agency, Roann has led workshops for hundreds of thousands of leaders around the world—equipping them with frameworks and skills to embed inclusion into their businesses.
Roann is also a freelance Inclusion Script and Production Consultant who reviews scripts, casting, production processes and outputs as the critical friend you need to avoid mistakes and elevate the quality of content you offer to audiences hungry for challenging and new stories.
They are deeply committed to disrupting inequities in all their guises, from collaborating with Mentor Mums—who create workshops in support of parents returning to the workplace—to designing and facilitating their own workshops and webinars.
